Dragonfly Tavern

I can’t even give this place a star because of the disgusting and disrespectful service to customers- I only gave it one because you have to in order to post a review. The service is awful as the bartenders scrutinize people not giving “ a good enough tip”. They went so far as to smack a drink out of someone’s hand AFTER they just tipped the bartender. There was an “off duty” bartender who sat there saying disrespectful comments about customers and told the bartenders not to serve certain people. The service staff followed customers outside and followed them to the end of the street making inappropriate comments that were completely out of hand and extremely unreasonable. The service told customers how they expect respect from customers but they don’t need to reciprocate. Apparently tipping is disrespectful? The manager or whatever this guy does, who knows everyone working there was highly intoxicated and making fools out of themselves and the business. The manager escalated the situation and went as far as creating a physical alternation. Over a tip that “wasn’t good enough”. Pathetic is all I have to say. I will never give this place the time of day again, and make sure I spread

This was a great experience. The food was great! I was completely surprised with the quality! I look forward to my return to try other menu items. The server was a great conversationalist.

The staff here is normally very friendly. But tonight I had a rude encounter with one of the Line cooks. I was missing an item from my order (an item that is included per the menu) and when I brought it to his attention he told me I didn’t get it because I didn’t ask for it. When I pointed out that it is an included side with my order I was told that I still needed to specify that I wanted it. I feel it could have been handled much better and this line cook was very rude with his delivery. I love the food and atmosphere but will have a very hard time returning in the future.

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The service was great. Cocktails and food were delicious. The portion sizes were large and if you are not a huge consumer of food sharing dishes may be an option. We were there on a Monday evening so it was not busy. Approx $80/person usd. This includes apps, cocktails and meal.we made reservations ahead of time which I recommend just in case.

Great bar with really good food, the burgers are where it's at, but the pizza is also good. Staff was super friendly and easy going. Highly recommend for a night on the town.
